ground floor - lounge room with comfortable couch, dvd player and tv; clean bathroom and separate toilet; laundry with washing machine and sink; three generous sized bedrooms with comfortable beds to sleep 6 people including 2 x queen size beds and 1 x set of king single bunks; great, sunny backyard with trampoline, sand pit and lawn to play with the kids
there is no garage access although there is plenty of driveway and street parking
there is gas heating and two split system air-conditioning units
both internal and external stairway access between floors
children's books, dvd's and some toys will be available for use
excellent location - approx 3 mins stroll to racv golf club, approx 10 mins walk (or 1 min drive) to jan juc beach, approx 8 mins walk to playground and approx 20 mins walk to nightjar market/torquay hotel and bell street, torquay
there are 4 supermarkets in torquay, and two supermarkets deliver on-line grocery orders There are plenty of great shops in Torquay, which is approximately 2 minutes drive from the house.
the chocolate factory, surf shops and surrounding beaches are a short drive away
