Being built in early 2016, this new two storey house boasts the essentials to a summer holiday house, with a modern design, spacious living areas and most importantly, a prime location 50m from the beach track of Surf Beach (see map in the photo gallery).
downstairs consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet, laundry and living area with a widescreen tv Upstairs opens up into another living room with spacious couches in front of another widescreen TV, a modern kitchen, stone tabletop bench, a large dining table and a sheltered balcony from which you can catch glimpses of the sea over the sandy hills and vegetation, you can relax on one of the deck chairs or lie down on the hammock and enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. Also upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large two panel corner window overlooking the street, and a walk-in wardrobe which leads to an ensuite bathroom.
