The ground level consists of an open plan, fully fitted kitchen/dining and living area, 40” flat screen TV, Bose sound system, wireless internet. A self-contained apartment with double bedroom and en-suite shower room. A large shower room and washing machine. Leading on to a huge terrace with a large 45sqm swimming pool, outside shower and an outside eating area for 10 people with gardens, and fantastic views across the Aegean to other Cycladic Islands. Private driveway with off street parking for 2 cars. On the 1st floor there is a good sized shower room, master bedroom with double bed and a very large en-suite shower room, fitted cupboards and air conditioning.
