The cottage offers great proximity to popular amenities as it is only a 10 and 8 minute drive to Port Sandfield and the town of Minett respectively.

The side deck is perfect for a picnic styled BBQ lunch while overlooking the kids on the play structure or gazing out to the surrounding scenery. A beautiful sitting area sits atop the naturally designed stone walkway which offers stunning views of the lake. The walkway leads you down to the spacious dock and the boathouse which has a boat slip available for the guests. The water has a sandy walk-in as well as a depth of 5' off the end of the dock.
