Enjoy a warm fire at the beautiful pellet stove and the wood stove in the garden. Sleep on the loft or if climbing stairs is difficult, on the sofa bed downstairs. Equipped with a private rain shower and toilet and a complete mini kitchen. French doors to the garden where you can sit with your cup of coffee or a glass of wine with a view of the beautiful old plum tree. A private entrance, all for yourself. Wonderfully quiet and yet only a 3-minute walk from the bustling city center and the train station.

you sleep in the double bed of 140 x 2.00 m on the loft. Accessible by a fixed staircase. The staircase has no handrail and the loft has no gate. There is a sturdy handle at the top of the stairs.
