outdoors: guests have their own private outdoor living space in the front of the house In the rear is a private park area for all guests to enjoy that includes shaded seating areas, dining areas, corn hole and ring toss games.

falsified reservations/non-disclosure:
- any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in
- any non-disclosure by renter, such as failure to disclose pets brought to the property, additional guests allowed on the property by renter, or any other material non-disclosure identified during renter's stay will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental amount.
