-sunset beach is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $20 per day per pet Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.
★ pontoon included (during season) 20' odyssey pontoon with 40hp motor on covered lift with power winch If pontoon is inoperable for repairs or otherwise, rental rate can be discounted by $50.00/day (unless damaged by renter).
★ boat lift included (during season) a boat lift is also available with power winch, limited to max 2,500 pound boat/motor/gear/persons
