This home has a hot tub, exclusive neighborhood pool, and includes SHARC passes to access the community aquatic center. Additionally, snow sports on Mt. Bachelor and exciting dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and breweries in nearby Bend, Oregon are both 20 minutes away.

The home has a wraparound porch complete with grill and private hot tub. Eight SHARC passes are included for unlimited access to the aquatic center (pools, lazy river, and splash pads), tubing hill, disc golf, tennis and pickleball courts, and boat launch.
