bedrooms & bathrooms: the master bedroom is on the main level of the house and has a king bed, lake views and ensuite with shower This bathroom is accessible from the hallway and can also be used as a guest toilet. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, along with a shared family bathroom including bathtub and separate shower. The bathrooms have toiletries, hair dryers, heated towel rails and underfloor heating. All luxurious bed linens and towels are included with your stay.

a queen size sofa bed is available in the downstairs lounge and can accommodate an additional two guests if required, this is best suited to children (Prior arrangement and charges apply).

Downstairs, there's a second lounge area, offering extra space and privacy for families to spread out, with a TV, a sofa bed (with prior arrangement, charges apply) and sliding doors leading out to another outdoor patio.

rates are inclusive of 15% gst, premium linen and for a maximum of 6 guests Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and are charged at NZ$50 per person / per night (Maximum 8 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$375 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods
*spa pool: a one-off charge of nz$150 applies for use of the spa pool This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.
