this property requires a $500 refundable security deposit We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something does happen and damages occur, the manager will deduct the cost of those damages from that security deposit of $500. Please keep in mind that this security deposit does apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

We do have a noise detection system on the property that will not pick up conversation, but merely listen for noise levels. Please be respectful of our community and our neighbors. This includes playing loud music in cars parked on the street or driveway. We will give you one warning that the quiet hours need to be respected, after the second warning there will be a $50 fee, and if we have to warn a guest a third time about the noise level during their stay we will cancel the reservation without a refund.
