Summary: I never got to visit your house but my relatives who stayed there while here for a family event all reported that it was just fine. The only very minor snag was that they did not know what their responsibilities were for checkout. They left at different times and the last one out wasn’t expecting to have to deal with trash, etc. I hope your house was left in good shape. It might be helpful if there were a card somewhere (refrigerator door?) with checkout checklist.
