come and enjoy our cozy little , nostalgic keys stilt cottage on summerland key! enjoy open water views from our canal front cottage located three lots from the ocean Wake up to a Breathtaking Sunrise view of Niles Channel. let the summerland cottage take you back in the day, to a dirt road that leads you to paradise!
our stilt cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy our peaceful island! you will not want to leave; i never do! the summerland cottage has two bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom and a bunkroom downstairs with a full bathroom; which is perfect for the kids Our Little Cottage has a Quaint" Keys Vibe" with my personal Island decor & touches. The kitchen has everything you'll need need. open the balcony door and enjoy the breeze while you cook your fresh catch!
laundry room and extra fridge are downstairs We also have a Fish house to store all your rods and tackle, equipped with a full size ice machine and bait freezer.

byob, bring your own boat :) in our protected deep water canal; we have a slip for a 25ft boat There is also a boat lift that will accomadate up to a 30 ft boat ( additional monies apply) ** No boat; No worries there are 2 boat rentals on our island..
no need to go far; you can wake surf, water ski or tube right out from the house Hook up on to a Tarpon in the Canal or take the boat out for some night snook fishing. Walk off the back steps on to a paddle board and explore all our islands. Stroll to the end of our street for a snorkel or swim. Enjoy a walk or bike ride in the neighborhood to take in all of our Beautiful Surroundings. Like our local osprey nest that is always occupied! Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the Beautiful Sunrise on the Balcony and Gaze at the Stars with an evening cocktail! Our Downstairs patio breezeway is a perfect place to relax; curl up on the couch and read a book or watch a Movie. The outdoor shower is perfect after fishing & diving for lobsters. Clean your fresh catch under the umbrella with a cocktail and then sit and relax and enjoy that ocean breeze on the chaise lounge chairs! Throw a line out and catch a couple snappers for dinner! Maybe the manatees will come in for a visit or watch the Local key deer come for a swim at the end of the street.

for the adventure seekers; snorkel looe key or american shoal Go to the Jumping bridge or explore all the Back Country islands. Picnic Island & The Sancuary Reef are both a mile over yonder from the house. key west is only 25 miles away, or just do nothing at all!
