there is a beautiful sunny first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite-bath with a glassed in tile shower adjacent to a study/library The elegant bannister staircase in the foyer leads up to two additional bedrooms with en-suite baths~ the queen bed master has both a soaking tub and glassed in shower, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds and a private bath.
recently installed is a brand new generator in the event the power goes out from a storm Also pretty new is the air conditioning (split system) on the second floor with central a/c on the first floor. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, custom built -ins, a baby grand piano to "tickle the ivories" and French doors leading into a bright four season sunroom with ample wicker furniture, a 60” flat screen TV and dining for 8. The sunroom door leads to a deck with additional dining for 3, and with stairs leading down into one of the fenced in yards for your dog. The owner will consider a small (up to 20 lbs.) non-shedding dog with a $150 pet fee.
