this modern home is equipped with brand new furnishings + wifi 3BR/2BA, spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and 2-car attached garage. New central air conditioner + heater. Washer & dryer are located inside the garage. The living room has a 55” smart TV with prepaid Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, and cooking utensils.
note: there is no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen
