You’ll be just a short block to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching! And just head down your street, CTM (46th Street) 2 blocks and you hit the beach at Coco Beach. You’ll be close to beach clubs like Martina, Mandarino, Encanto & Las Hijas. Or walk south the other way towards beach clubs like Mamitas and Coralina. your location couldn’t get any better!

the condo is 55 km or 34 miles from the cancun international airport (cun) and is located in the siaan condo building on ctm (46th street) just east of 5th avenue in playa del carmen.
there’s a parking space on the premises if you’re arriving by car When driving into town, you can park on the street but beware there are parking meters. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located that you won’t really need a car. But you can also easily rent a bike or take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
