annexe: scopetellino is a separate historical part of the house in a new guise, which has been stylishly renovated and combines the original tuscan architectural style with modern technical facilities and architectural elements Bright and friendly atmosphere, views into the valley and into the olive groves immediately surrounding the house; charmingly built on two levels; the house can accommodate up to 4 people (approx. 70 sqm).
granny apartment: il nido is a small newly renovated granny apartment in the lower part of scopetelli with an individual character; beautiful garden view from the bedroom, the apartment offers space for up to 2 persons (approx 40sqm).
all parts of the house offer various individual terraces and sitting areas with pergolas facing all directions A large garden with olive and fruit trees as well as a beautiful natural pond is available for common use; by the pond there is a sunbathing area as well as a meditation place; an outdoor shower and, depending on the conditions, also the pond offer you pleasant cooling here in the heat; large main terrace facing south; large seating area under pergola, several other beautiful terraces and seating areas, some with valley views.
