3SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.
4 Do not put food and cooking oil down the kitchen drain.
5 Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.
6 Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
7 Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.
8 We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.
9 No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets..
