The guest home has a King bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a kitchen, fireplace, its own laundry and 2 bathrooms (one is an exterior pool bath with outdoor shower).

(Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
