Our beautiful home is located on the front of a modern, central yet quiet, riverside development sitting right on the north bank of the River Thames in the Royal Docks of London, only a 5 minute walk from King George V Docklands Light Railway station. The Royal Docks is a quiet residential area steeped in London history, where merchant ships docked in the heyday of the English Empire and where the ‘Mayflower’ embarked for its famous voyage to America in 1620, approximately 800 yards from the apartment. Today the characteristic old warehouses have been transformed to designer apartments, surrounded by supermarkets, excellent restaurants, cafés and boutiques.
