- kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking pots and pans and serving utensils as well as complimentary coffee and k-cups, hot chocolate, oatmeal, sugar, and creamers We have a variety of spices for cooking and BBQ available as well.
- the laundry room is located in the garage behind the curtains and just above the washer and dryer are laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer balls, and dryer sheets as well
- next to the kitchen is the dining space and coffee bar Extra chairs are in the twin bedroom closet.
- the pantry is stocked with an air fryer, rice cooker and steamer, waffle iron, popcorn machine, blender/ food processor, crock pots, egg cooker, and toaster oven A Kitchen Aid mixer is also available.
pets:
there are no pets allowed (There will be and additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets.)
smoking/vaping:
no smoking or vaping inside the house or garage, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine
smoking/vaping is allowed anywhere outside in the backyard, just please dispose of in ash trays
