there is allocated parking for apartment 6 for one car, however, there is plenty of local parking adjacent the property which can also be used if easier
the accommodation is accessed at ground floor level Note, there are 5 other apartments here, all of which are occupied by our tenants. they are all lovely people!
on the day, you will be provided with a key for the front door and a lock code for the apartment itself
there is a store at the entrance of the property where you will be given a key so you can store bikes/buggies/ golf clubs… there is also waste area for all general waste and recycling
accessing through the main lobby, the penthouse has its own private lift to the top floor or alternatively there is the stairs if you’re feeling fit, 6 flights in total, a great contribution to your steps!
