*large outdoor patio with a nice gas grill with a propane tank provided there is also a nice outdoor table and 6 chairs and umbrella plus an extra seating on area with a wrought iron 2 seater couch and 2 other matching wrought iron chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or use to layout and get some sun with a great view of the lake!
* spacious and very nice gameroom with ping pong table, darts, a nice 2 player nfl blitz arcade game, shuffleboard, air hockey, cornhole and a 3 in 1 kids table with foosball, air hockey and a mini pool table there is a mini fridge and lots of seating available in the gameroom which makes this a great addition for all the family to enjoy and spend that quality time together!
