1 Parking: the driveway is shared by both unit one free parking space is available which can take up to two cars if you park behind the first car on your reservation in our shared driveway. Detailed instructions regarding parking will be provided before your arrival, along with check-in information.
2 Smoking: Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside the property. We kindly request that guests step away from doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the premises.
3 Parties or events: Parties or events are not permitted on the property. Please note that a $1000 fee will be charged if any unauthorized parties or events are held at the property.
