this fully airconditioned penthouse apartment is on the top floor, above a retail art store It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and Two Twins), 2 full baths, living room, dining area, kitchen and deck with chairs and chaises. The house is nicely decorated and the gourmet kitchen contains all utensils and appliances. The house has 3 Flatscreen TV's, 1 VCR/DVD ,cable and wireless high speed internet access. The renter only needs to bring linens and towels. The apartment is lovely and quiet, in fact it has been described by renters as a “peaceful aerie”.

Summary: The outside stairs were not very well lit, even though they replaced 2 burned out bulbs. The outside hand rails need replacing. Our young children both got splinters in their hands. The general upkeep of the entry to the unit needs an upgrade (weeds need to be trimmed on side of driveway, dirty threshold at entry door, etc). We noticed several ants in kitchen area as well. The unit was well supplied with all we needed for the week and was very utilitarian
