The moment you walk in you know there is no other spot you want to be for your vacation. You look out the back glass folding doors and you see the Salt Water Infinity pool and panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The house is fully furnished inside and out. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and large ensuite with both a shower and tub; while the 2 other rooms each have a queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as: a 6 burner range, oven, double-door fridge, dishwasher, Wine fridge and Beverage fridge and utensils. There is a walk-in pantry as well, and the wet bar. The house has both a washer and dryer, all towels and linens will be provided. IPTV is provided for the TV plus the house has three Sonos speakers to run your music streaming services. . High Speed Wi-fi is available throughout the house and Gazebo. The house & patio are wheelchair accessible. Grounds are fully landscaped and fenced with over 40 LED pathway / pot lights. The house and grounds are beautiful night or day. There is a very large outdoor gazebo with very comfortable wicker furniture, bbq area, and 3 loungers and a view of the Pacific Ocean. The house was designed to be wide open during the day with two large folding doors that open 10' each to allow the cool pacific breezes to cool the house. The colored pool light and over 40 LED Landscape lights throughout the yard give the house the feeling of your own private resort. plus we have a new 24KW Generac Generator to ensure a continue source of power when the power goes off in Panama, This happens way to often which can result in hot sleepless nights etc..
