the annexe is a private ground floor flat attached to our home with it's own entrance Check yourself in easily with a keypad entry on the gate and a key in a keysafe by the flat door.
the annexe is newly renovated to a high standard, and is set out as a one bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen diner, with private entrance to the side of our family home There is an allocated workspace making this flat super convenient if you are here on business.
the kitchen has an electric hob, microwave , washer dryer, fridge and all the crockery and pots n pans you need to make you feel at home away from home!
the bathroom has a hansgrohe shower and a bidet toilet The sofa opens up to a sofa bed, incase you want to sleep separately.
there is on street free parking available all day except from 11am-noon on modays to fridays
saturday and sunday parking is completely free
there are a few free spaces on nearby arundle road too
