by car, uber, lyft or public transportation there is plenty of street parking available for the guest(s)
please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home. There is a $1,000 fee for any parties/events thrown in the home and that causes disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours.

-no outside guest(s) allowed Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. There is a $35 dollar charge for each outside guest. Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
