Comfortable semi detached cottage next to the Stiffkey marsh. Spa / hot tub on the West patio, seats 7. Large enclosed back garden. The garden is child and pet safe with a small mesh wire fence that is not visible in the pictures. Sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Two medium sized dogs are allowed or ask. Quiet rural location surrounded by fields. Wide open views. You can see the marsh and sea, when the tide is in, from the cottage through the thin line of trees. Off road parking. 10 minute walk to the village pub via a lane at the back of the cottage. The chalk stream river Stiffkey meanders its way through the small and unspoilt village with its red brick and flint ancient cottages. It exits into the sea at a place called the Freshes, about 20 mins walk from the cottage. The village benefits from a character-full 16th century free-house pub, open all day, dog friendly that has a large car park. This is about 10 minutes walk via the lane at the back of the cottage.
