Walk right out the back gate to the lake or a short walk across the bridge to play pickleball and frisbee golf.

palmer lake is a charming railroad mountain town Palmer Lake is known for the many trains who make there way through each day and night. This property is located on the lake with direct lake access from the back yard. Year round you can enjoy the lake; ice fishing and skating in the winter. SUP, kayaking and fishing in the winter. Pickleball & frisbee golf are around the lake as well. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to the town restaurants.

upon entering our home you will immedietly notice the gorgeous view of the lake and the patio The spacious kitchen with gas range is located on the main level along with the living room, office (sleeper sofa & half bath located in this room) & master bedroom. Downstairs you will enjoy one more bedroom and bathroom and small living area with the additional sleeper sofa. Family games, 3 bikes & lawn chairs provided.
