the ground floor offers an open kitchen and living space with high ceilings and large windows, letting in plenty of natural light The kitchen includes ample storage, integrated appliances, a premium induction hob, and a hidden breakfast cupboard. A highlight is the fully automatic coffee machine, which brews 16 different coffee drinks, from espresso to cold coffee milk drinks. The terrace, which spans the villa's full width, is perfect for unwinding after a sauna session, complete with a smokeless Solo stove fire pit for grilling.
