One bedroom, One bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is part of a three unit complex.

sleeping arrangements: bedroom has one king size bed The living room has a custom built day bed that can sleep one when needed. Twin sized bed in nook tucked away towards the back of the unit. We can accommodate 4 people comfortably.

* brand new kitchen, with stove top and all new stainless steel appliances

*20 min to palm springs, 45 min to joshua tree
*parking for one vehicle, inside our private gated complex

the courtyard outside is considered a shared space We have a hammock, and mineral soaking tub for summer use, a fire pit, and bean bag toss game that are all SHARED SPACES.
