Villa is Located on a mountain top in a remote quiet location with a beautiful view. Here you will enjoy coqui singing at night to the moonlight and birds chirping to the sunrise. Best of all, your getaway is 20 min drive from airport.
you will enjoy a private pool inside the house in a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy the tropical weather and relax in a peaceful environment in paradise and total tranquility
max of 6 guest only, no parties. Late checking has extra charge.
house has 7 steps from parking to entrance and one step from dining to living room, not handicapped accessible please make note
the home spaces:
*master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom with magnificent view to the countryside and city
*second bedroom has queen size bed
*third bedroom has two twin beds
*each room has its own ac unit (entire house does not have ac)
*spacious kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils, stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker Seasonings are available.
*amazing living room with tv equipped with direct tv (no tv in bedrooms)
*beautiful pool area with outdoor living room for relaxing by the pool that is private Pool area also has a charcoal BBQ grill.
*relaxing balconies with amazing view of the city and a relaxing lounge area

-early check-in is unavailable, for check in early, you must book the night before
-late check in will have a fee after 9pm of $75 and after 12am $150 fee Host has to escort you to the property keep this in travel plans he/she will have to wait for you.

- this is a nonsmoking home, and no vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside If this rule is violated a $250 fee will be charged for extra deep cleaning.
-if guests move furniture and or leave the house with trash and or a mess there is a $150 additional cleaning fee
-please inspect the home at arrival to notify anything damaged or broken, if you brake or damage anything there will be a fee for replacement
-no visitors allowed in property No street parking available only two spaces for your cars.
-our cancellation policy remains; you will book knowingly
-only 6 guest maximum You will be fined $300 per person and or your stay will be terminated if you break this rule.
-we do not allow you to bring sleeping bags nor air mattresses
-main gate at entrance carport is not electronic it’s manually operated
car:
-rent a car, the villa is on a mountain top and although its 5 minutes away from downtown guaynabo, the roads to the house are rural mountain roads and no taxi/uber services will be able to pick you up at the property
road:
-the road to our villa is always a conversation topic, the last 2 minutes of your trip to the villa are driving on a rural road to the house If you are not used to driving in mountains it can be an experience. Keep in mind Puerto Rico is an island; you will have these roads in mountain areas everywhere. It will be worth the drive! -to keep nightly rates accessible and affordable for you, we do once a week full pool maintenance and we do not have daily cleaning staff of any type, daily costs would blow prices No pool heater available.

-only guests over 25 years of age can reserve, copy of picture id will be required for check-in and we require you to read and sign our contract
pets/service dogs:
-we have a no pet policy, if you have a service dog you must submit paperwork that demonstrates pet is a service animal and there will be an additional nonrefundable cleaning fee of $195
-post stay we will need to inspect property for any pet damages, and you will be responsible for any additional charges
-you must notify prior to stay your intentions to bring a service dog
-guests who bring a pet without permission, we will terminate your stay
