centrally located in the gated golf course community of st James Plantation, our ground-floor villa features hardwood flooring, crown molding, and wi-fi throughout. The full-size kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, and crisp-white, room-brightening appliances. The living room features a sofa, loveseat, and 50" TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, chest, dresser, TV, night-stands, and a large walk-thru closet, that leads to the full-size master bathroom. The laundry room is fully equipped with washer and dryer. The guest suite includes 2 queen-size beds, kitchenette with granite countertops, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, TV, and a full-size bathroom. The screened-in patio features a wicker table and chairs.
