Welcome to 'Sundance Retreat' in North Scottsdale off of Shea and 96th Street. This fantastic condo is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and various sporting events. A beautifully remodeled condo with three bedrooms, 2 baths and just across the courtyard from the community tennis courts.
this beautiful condo features new kitchen appliances, tile flooring throughout, high quality furnishings and a peaceful patio for your enjoyment As you enter the condo you will find the dining room with seating for eight. The well appointment kitchen is just ahead. There you will find everything you need for dining and entertaining a small group. The living room is an open inviting space. With comfortable furnishings, 60 inch high definition TV, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Just down the hall are the three bedrooms. You first come to the master bedroom on the right. This large space has a king size, pillow top bed and a 50 inch TV, and an en suite bath. Further down the hall you will find two guest bedrooms both fitted with queen size beds. The guest bath and laundry room are also in this area.
