entering the home from the circular driveway, guests are greeted by a picturesque vision of palm springs in the 1950s, as original concrete breeze block walls flank the walkway to the front door – a unique, and insta-worthy, enhancement to the classic anderson home

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If I am sincere, I was not impressed with the property itself as it was outdated and didn't feel clean upon arrival or the management company. I did not like or appreciate all the common-sense rules and threats that were in place. In my opinion, these rules and threats are entirely unnecessary and detract from the overall experience of living on the property.I believe that a more welcoming and understanding approach from the management company would significantly improve the overall atmosphere of the property. It is essential to foster a sense of community and mutual respect among guests rather than relying on threats and rigid rules to maintain order.I understand that managing a property can be challenging. Still, I believe there is always room for improvement, and a more customer-centric approach would benefit both the residing guests, the homeowner, and the management company in the long run. We travel extensively both in the US and abroad, generally opting to stay in a house versus a hotel and we have never experienced so many rules followed by threats. Most of the places we rent are in the $20K plus per week range. As such, we will opt for a different experience next time we’re in Palm Springs.
