“la brandette” is situated 2km from the little farming village of bouteilles, pop 192. Featuring a breathtakingly panoramic view, the property sits on top of a hill – one of the highest points in the area.
originally a farm dated from the 18th century, the property consists of the following:
i main house:
- upstairs master bedroom with king bed, balcony and ensuite full bathroom with new, italian-style walk-in shower
- first floor: spacious and bright open-floorplan living room, dining room and full kitchen with island
- separate entrance guest suite with 2 single beds plus sleeping loft/futon with full bathroom with bathtub

- master bedroom with queen bed
- guest bedroom with two single beds
- full bathroom with new, italian-style, walk-in shower
iii outside areas
- salt-water pool - note: this is "european style" / **unheated**
- dining terrace
- petit petanque court (french version of bocce)

every effort has been made to retain the original architectural features in this magnificent period farmhouse All original openings and doors have been preserved, from the original "pierre apparente" stone walls to the “poutres”/wood beams. This is a country house filled with sunlight all year round.
