Perfectly located on a one-acre secluded lot with over 200 feet of lake frontage, this home has spectacular views from the great room, private deck and dock. For the boating enthusiast, enjoy the home's private 50+ foot dock with electrical outlets, fresh water and 6 cleats (water depth is about 8 feet). Boat house is for owner's use only, but please feel free to dock your boat on our dock- you can easily launch your boat from the South Sauty Creek Fishing camp only 2 miles (by land & sea). The driveway holds 3 trucks/trailers. Bird watching is wonderful; expect to see eagles, ospreys, herons, woodpeckers and many other birds. Enjoy the fire pit, hammocks, beach area, stunning views and have fun on the lake, whether it is swimming, fishing, boating, sunning or relaxing.
