It has its own water well (with its own filtering system, pumps and tanks), rainwater capture for irrigation, a solar water heater and photovoltaic solar energy. All lighting is LED. It has an engine room in the basement, garden tool storage, and garbage deposit with access from the outside. Its car-port for two cars has electric gates, and the property has full perimeter enclosure.
