this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood Parties and events are not permitted on this property. All cars must be parked in the driveway and please drive slowly and cautiously, as there are often pedestrians and the speed limit on the street is 20mph. Loud music especially outdoors and loud noises, shouting, etc in particular late night will not be tolerated. This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood and we want it to stay that way for the enjoyment of our guests and our neighbors.

4 parking
no more than six (6) cars are allowed on the property at any time
5 pets
pets are generally not allowed We may consider small dogs only, on a case-by-case basis and with prior approval from us. Absolutely no cats.
if approved, a pet fee and security deposit will be required before arrival
if an unauthorized pet is found, a $1,000 fee will be charged
6 checkout
checkout must be completed according to the instructions provided The home must be left neat and tidy.
failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning fees to cover extra time and resources needed for turnover
7 parties and gatherings
parties are not allowed Any unauthorized party or disturbance will result in removal from the property, a $500 fee, and no refund for the stay.
