next to a beautiful woodsy park, this is a spacious (~2000 sqft) secondary unit (like one of duplex townhouse units in a structure, half of a big house) which has its own private entry/exit
outdoor pool in the yard is open from june to september [no lifeguard!]
there are backyard chickens so if you'd like, host can provide some farm fresh eggs -:)
