this is a residential house, and our neighbors are families and friends; we want to maintain a good relationship with them after your visit The main goal of the house is to provide guests with a pleasant space to rest, sleep, and have an enjoyable experience. Music at a reasonable level is always welcome, as is spending time with your loved ones. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the allowed number of guests, drug use, and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.

smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; you can always smoke outside (please dispose of cigarette butts properly) If the place is found to smell of cigarettes or other substances, there will be a fine. Airbnb is taking this matter seriously as it affects incoming guests. The penalty can range from 100 to 300 USD. By booking, you agree to pay this fee.
