Public boat landing less than a mile from the house as well as pontoon boat rentals at Aqua just up the street. Plenty of room for boat parking and several vehicles. Two large decks opening up from the main floor living room and downstairs living room with views of the lake. Very peaceful setting with plenty of room for multiple families each family could have their own floor in this 3 story house made for entertaining and full bathrooms on each level. Grill outside by the firepit and enjoy the huge trees and awesome view after being on the lake all day.
