Very large bedroom with bay window, QUEEN antique bed. Dining room with lovely lighting. Claw-foot bathtub with overhead shower. Office, game table, utility porch, shared laundry room (once a week). Includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, OFF STREET PARKING! Funished in antiques, very comfortable! One block to town in fun neighborhood. Smart television. New heating system and A/C. No pets or smoking.
