there is a completely separate studio unit in the rear with independent ac system and no interior doors to this unit They have a separate outdoor space as well, however the double wide driveway is shared with that unit.

guests have access to the front patio bbq area as well as the entire front yard
guests have access to the shared washer and dryer located in the attached garage We provide laundry detergent (laundry sheets) located in a box on the shelf above the washer.
