situated 30 minutes from orlando international airport, 10 minutes from interstate 4, and just off us192 the villa is easily accessible and close to supermarkets, restaurants and other useful amenities
our villa is located in the four corners quiet residential estate just 25 miles from the gates to Animal Kingdom. There is parking for two cars in front of the double garage.

downstairs consists of a large airy open plan living room, dining room and kitchen The master suite is also located downstairs, which has a walk in closet and large bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck.

upstairs consists of a large double bedroom, along with two themed twin bedrooms and a bathroom There is a travel cot which is available for you to use if need be, along with a bed guard that can be attached to the side of a bed.
the outside pool deck is large, not overlooked and faces the sun all day A dining table and chairs are positioned under a shaded area for you to eat outside next to the pool. The pool is fantastic and larger than average. A spa is attached, although please note that the spa is not a hot tub - although it will be hotter than the pool, it is not excessively hot. Pool heating is charged at an additional $40 per day and it is recommended that it is used in the winter months (minimum 2 day charge).
