- for long stays, we do quick cleans and linen changes for free every 2 weeks
issues & complaints:
- we will check on the apartment once a month for stays longer than a month
- any issues with your stay must be communicated to us within 2 hours after check in This provides us the opportunity to fix the issue. If not communicated then you forfeit your right to any refund.
