this 2-story townhome is part of a 2-family home located on a quiet side street This newly renovated vacation home is BEAUTIFUL - top to bottom! Approximately 840 SF of living area. First floor features a living room, with queen pull out sofa, dining area and full bath with tub. Privacy curtain contains the living room and bath for sleeping. Large second floor bedroom with 2-queen beds, walk-in closet (with desk) and a full bath with shower.
kitchen leads out to the deck where you can enjoy a relaxing night and a barbecue after a day at the beach and then sit around the firepit roasting marshmallows gazing at the stars.
sought after neighborhood in west yarmouth south of route 28 and within a 3-minute walk to the 2 beaches! lewis bay neighborhood Convenient location to all West Yarmouth attractions including Pirates Cove, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Whydah Pirate Museum, The Music Room and The Loft to listen to local bands and dancing and don't forget the abundance of restaurants to experience Cape Cod dining.
