the cape is secluded It will be 30 minutes to a real grocery store. plan ahead!
the wifi is very fast but it is beach wifi and it could not work at all at times It is not 100% reliable. The internet access is very fast but with the beach comes severe storms that can knock out power and take the internet offline.
most cell carriers will be spotty at best and likely won't work at all
sand gets everywhere It's likely you'll find little pieces of sand in the home even when it is freshly cleaned. Sand just has a way of doing that.

tv's - we have roku tv's the living room and each bedroom Please bring your own passwords for streaming subscriptions.
