arlene is a beautiful spacious fully furnished 3-story home located in a private and quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac street in lilburn ga This property has a beautiful layout and a private serene backyard with a large pool and hot tub, multi-level porches and decks, and with all its amenities provides an excellent setting to relax with friends and family and disconnect from the busy city life.
this property is just 47 miles (only 10 minutes) to the Stone Mountain Park, 35 minutes to the Buckhead Area, about 40 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 35 minutes to Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (all Downtown) and experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant and nightlife scene in Midtown. By being close to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, etc.).
this home has 3 levels including the basement, 5 bedrooms with 6 beds (total of 9 separate mattresses), 1 open kitchen with dining area, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 1 sunroom, 1 fun open living room with foosball table, wet bar and dining area, an office area, and a large movie entertainment room in the basement with projector and state of the art surround sound system, and a detached 2-car garage It also has a large fenced in private backyard with multi-level decks with different outdoor seating areas, BBQ gas grill, a hot tub and a private pool (non-heated, only open in summer). This property sleeps 12 people.
the layout is as follows:
1 The main level consists of a new open kitchen with several new appliances and with a formal dining area, a half bathroom, a large fun open living room with TV, foosball table, wet bar and a dining area, a bright sunroom with access to and overlooking the entire backyard, and a double bunk bedroom (both bunk beds with twin mattresses on top and full-size mattresses on the bottom). (NOTE: fireplace is not usable and only kept as décor.) The main level can sleep up to 4 guests.
2 The upstairs level consists of a large master king bedroom with TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached full master bathroom with 2 sink vanities, walk-in double shower and a jacuzzi-style tub. It also has 2 queen bedrooms, a full Hallway Bathroom (combination tub/shower) and a laundry room with washer & dryer. The upstairs level can sleep up to 6 guests.
3 The finished basement level consists of a bedroom with a bunkbed (with 2 twin mattresses, NO window), a full bathroom with a shower, a small office space and a large open entertainment room with dimmable lights, large projector screen, and smart TV option so you can log into any of your favorite networks to enjoy them on the large screen (log-ins to any entertainment networks like Netflix, Disney+ etc. not provided, guests would need to log into their own accounts). (NOTE: fireplace is not usable and only kept as décor.) The basement level also has access to the lower ground/pool level backyard. The finished basement level can sleep up to 2 guests.
4 The outside area features a detached 2-car garage and a multi-level backyard with multi-level decks that include a BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining areas and a hot tub (open all year long). The large ground/pool level consists of outdoor wicker lounge furniture, a hammock, as well as a beautiful inground pool and lounge chairs (only in summer season). The pool is only open in the summer months from the last weekend of April until the last weekend of September and is not heated.

The property “sleeps” 12 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 14 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 12 people total.
