Characterful Victorian 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached cottage in the town of Hunstanton, Norfolk. Although very close to all amenities the cottage is in a peaceful part of the town. There is on road parking and a car park opposite the property, which has electric charging points at an extra cost. The property has been sympathetically renovated to maintain some lovely original features, but with a modern twist, with FREE WIFI.
there is a lounge, separate dining room, leading through to a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and separate fridge freezer There is a highchair, travel cot (bed linen not included) and stair gate available for families with younger children. The bedrooms are situated over 2 floors, a king with ensuite, twin with separate bathroom on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is also a king with a partial sea view (Bed linen and towels included). We just ask that you bring beach towels as these are not included.
there is a small garden to the front of the property The rear of the property has a yard with dining table and chairs. It also has an outside store that could be used to store equipment such as bicycles. There is a range of beach equipment for your use. There is a warm outside shower hose to help wash down those sandy feet and or paws after a day on the beach!. The property is just a 150 metres to Hunstanton beach and a 15 minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, with its sweeping golden sands and amazing sunsets.
